Each piece we select is then brought to our European warehouses, carefully prepared, and shipped to your door. The journey takes a little patience: it’s the price of a rare piece, chosen with care, that will make all the difference in your home.

Your order is tracked at every step, and our team is with you until delivery. Good to know: during the holiday season (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year’s), delivery times may be extended by 1 to 2 weeks. Order a little ahead to receive your piece in time.

Our pieces come from workshops and makers around the world, chosen for their craftsmanship: solid wood, hand-woven rattan, velvet, bouclé, sculpted resin…

They pass through our international warehouses before reaching our European warehouses, and from there they head to your home. Import duties and taxes are included: no surprise fees on delivery.

The result: a curated collection of vanities, mirrors, seating, lighting and accessories that stand out from the ordinary, designed to create warm, elegant and unmistakably feminine interiors. We add new arrivals regularly.

Delivery time depends on the size of your item:

• Small parcels (lighting, tabletop mirrors, jewelry boxes, accessories, small seating): delivered in 3–7 business days.
• Furniture and larger pieces (vanities, armchairs, closet islands, benches): delivered in 2–4 weeks.

The delivery time is shown on every product page, and your estimated delivery dates appear right in your cart. If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate shipments, each on its own timeline.

As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When it ships, a second email gives you a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Yes: standard shipping is free on orders over €449. Below that, shipping costs depend on your order and are clearly shown before checkout.

Of course. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no questions asked.

It’s rare: every piece is carefully protected at each stage of its journey. If it does happen, note the damage with the carrier at delivery, take a few photos of the package and the item, then write to us within 48 hours through the Contact page.

Our team takes over right away to find the best solution: a replacement or a refund. You’re never on your own if something unexpected happens.
